Landing the first MSL role is tough! Aspire MSL  gave me the motivation and support that I needed to keep pursuing this dream and to be ready when the opportunity arose. I will be forever thankful to Tom and Sarah for their work on this program. While many of the resources to support a successful MSL job hunt are available online, the modules saved me a ton of time by organizing the key information into bite-sized chunks with meaningful exercises to help me apply what I learned. The community of other aspiring MSLs helped to motivate me and keep me going when it seems like I wasn't making progress. The most valuable aspect, that I would have paid for on its own, was the individualized support (e.g., resume feedback, presentation feedback, Q&A). Having the ability to have my questions answered by someone with decades of experience in medical affairs was priceless, especially during the interview process. I cannot wait to start my new MSL role!
